Jindal Steel and Power Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 04, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve un-audited financial results, both on standalone and consolidated basis, of the Company for 2nd quarter and six months ended on September 30, 2014 of FY 2014-15.<br/><br/>Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company for the designated employees of the Company has been closed from October 23, 2014 to November 05, 2014 (both days inclusive).
