Jindal Worldwide Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 (as amended) read with the Company's Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company will be closed for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees, from November 12, 2014 to November 15, 2014 (both days inclusive).
