Pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing securities of the Company shall remain closed for all insiders including DPs and their immediate relatives w.e.f 01.01.2023 till the expiry of 48 hrs of declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 31.12.2022.
