JK PAPER LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/02/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2022. Please be also advised that in accordance with Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company is already closed from 1st January 2023 and shall reopen on 9th February 2023.
