Pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 30 of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e., 30th May, 2023, have not recommended any dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023 in order to conserve the reserves for future business prospects of the Company.
