JM Financial Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is convened on July 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>The trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed from July 10, 2015 to August 03, 2015. The Trading Window shall re-open from August 04, 2015.
