JM Financial Ltd has informed BSE that JM Financial Institutional Securities Limited, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Seabury Corporate Finance LLC, a subsidiary of Seabury Group LLC for strategic co-operation to provide Investment Banking advisory services to Indian corporates for their activities in the Aviation, Aerospace, and Defense business.<BR><BR>In this regard, the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of the press release being issued by the WOS of the Company dated August 17, 2015 titled "JM Financial And New Yorks Seabury Group LLC Sign MoU On Strategic Co-Operation".
