JM Financial Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2015 has appointed Ms. Jagi Mangat Panda as a Woman Director on the Board of the Company. Ms. Panda will be an independent director of the Company. <BR><BR>With the above appointment of a director, the total strength of the Board will be 7 Directors of which 6 will be Independent Directors.
