JM Financial Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2014, inter alia, has declared an interim dividend of Re. 0.45 per share for the financial year 2013-14.<br/><br/>The above interim dividend, will be paid on and from February 14, 2014.
