JMC Projects (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 06, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve unaudited financial result of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Trading Window in respect to dealing with shares / securities of the Company have been closed from October 20, 2014 till expiry 24 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public, as per Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading.
