JMC Projects (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has declared Dividend of Rs. 1/- for per equity share of Rs. 10 each, at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 27, 2014.<br/><br/>The Company have completed dispatch of dividend warrants on October 08, 2014.<br/><br/>The above Dividend has been paid by way of NECS / electronic credit to the eligible shareholders.
