JMG CORPORATION LTD. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Management

Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (LODAR) 2015, we wish to inform you about the following changes in the composition of board: Mr. Satish Kumar Grover(DIN:0524073) has tendered his resignation as an Independent director of the company with effect to close of business hours on June 25, 2024, citing pre citing pre occupation and other personal commitments. Consequently, he shall also cease to be the chairman of the Audit committee, Nomination and Remuneration committee of the company and member of the Independent Directors committee. The letter of resignation received from Mr. Satish Kumar Grover is enclosed herewith. The information in regard to the abovementioned change in the board composition in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III-Para A of Part A of the Listing Regulations (as applicable) and SEBI circular bearing ref no CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9 2015 is enclosed herewith .
