JNK India Ltd - Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

The Board recommends Final Dividend i.e Rs. 0.30 per fully paid up Equity Shares (15%) of the Company of Face Value of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year 2023-24, subject to shareholders approval in ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
