John Cockerill India Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

This is in furtherance to our letter dated September 27, 2023 informing about the closure of the trading window of the Company for dealing in the equity shares of the Company closed from October 1, 2023. Please note tha the trading window will remain closed till November 11, 2023 i.e. 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the conclusion of the meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled on November 9, 2023.
