We enclose herewith a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice dated July 31, 2024 along with the Statement pursuant to Section 102 of the Companies Act, 2013, seeking approval of the members of the Company for appointment of Mr. Frederic Lemaitre by way of an Ordinary Resolution, through Postal Ballot.
