Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday 21ST September, 2024 to Monday, 30th September, 2024 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of Annual General Meeting to be held on Monday, 30th September, 2024 for the financial year ended 31st March, 2024.
