Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and the circular issued by BSE Ltd. vide LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company is closed from April 01, 2024 and shall remain close till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024. The date of Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated to you in due course.
