JSW Energy Ltd - Board recommends Dividend

JSW Energy Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 27, 2016, inter alia, has recommended payment of dividend of Rs. 2 per Equity Share of Rs. 10 each (20%), on the paid up Equity Capital of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
