JSW Energy Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. D. J. Balaji Rao has ceased to be Director on the Board of the Company with effect from July 24, 2014 consequent upon Mr. Balaji Rao not seeking re-appointment at the 20th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on July 23, 2014.
