JSW Steel Ltd has informed BSE that the JSWSL Employees Welfare Trust, the Trust nominated for the purpose of implementing the Company's "JSWSL EMPLOYEES STOCK OWNERSHIP PLAN-2012" and for acquiring equity shares equivalent to the number of options granted, holds as on October 27, 2015, unappropriated inventory of 2,87,771 equity shares which are not backed by grants.
