JSW Steel Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 15, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 and the Recommendation of payment of dividend on the 10% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares & Equity Shares of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the code) from May 05, 2015 to May 17, 2015 (both days inclusive).
