Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd has informed BSE that 8,743 options under JLL Employees Stock Option Plan 2011 (Plan 2011) have been exercised by one option holder.<BR><BR>Pursuant to the terms of Plan 2011, the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee of the Company has approved transfer of 8,743 equity shares of Re. 1 each of Jubilant Life Sciences Limited from Jubilant Employees Welfare Trust to the said option holder.
