Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in compliance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, we wish to inform that the trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2022 till 48 hours after announcement of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2022.
