Pursuant to Regulation 30 of LODR 2015 we hereby inform you that the company has entered in to an agreement dated 25.01.2024 in M/s. Rudraansh Powers Private Limited ( Target Entity) for acquisition of 6300 shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating to 6.3% of the share capital of the target entity. The aquisition is made for the purpose of Solar power purchase from the target company
