This is to inform that in terms of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Listed Securities of JHL shall remain closed from July 01, 2024 till expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited (Consolidated and Standalone) Financials Results for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2024 for all designated persons including their immediate relative(s) of the Company.
