In accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved to enter into an agreement with M/s. Twenty Fourteen Hotels India Private Limited for an acquisition of a hotel asset situated near Bengaluru airport , with a capacity of 220-rooms built over 6.5 acres of land designed to be a five-star hotel property.
