The trading window for the purpose of trading in the securities of the Company by Designated persons and their immediate relative(s) shall remain close from October 1, 2023, till 48(Forty Eight) hours after the conclusion of the Meeting of Board of Directors held for the purpose of considering the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023.
