JUPITER INFOMEDIA LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons as framed by the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2020 till 48 hours after declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 by the Company to the Stock Exchange.<BR> <BR> Accordingly all Connected/ Designated Persons and their relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.<BR> <BR> We request you to kindly take the above on record.
