Jyothy Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the next Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 05, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to clause 4 of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, trading window to deal in Company shares is closed for specified employees from October 01, 2014 till completion of 24 hours from the time aforesaid results are made public.
