Jyothy Labs Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to Clause 5 of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by its designated persons and their immediate relatives, the trading window to deal in the Company's shares is closed for designated persons from Saturday, April 1, 2023 till the end of forty eight hours of the date of making the financial results public.
