Jyoti Structures Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2014, inter alia, has approved to issue equity shares for an amount not exceeding Rs. 120 crores to qualified institutional buyers under the Qualified Institutions Placement.
