The trading window to deal with securities of the Company will remain closed for all the designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from 1st July, 2024 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2024 to the public (both days inclusive).
