K M Sugar Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 11, 2014, inter alia, has deliberated on the followings;<br/><br/>1. Approved the appointment of Women Director u/s 149(1) of Companies Act, 2013;<br/><br/>2. Approved the increase in remuneration to Whole-Time Directors within overall limit u/s 197 the Companies Act, 2013;<br/><br/>3. Approved the payment of sitting fee to the Independent Directors for attending meeting of various committees, constituted under the Companies Act, 2013 within overall limit u/s 197 the Companies Act, 2013;
