K.S.OILS LTD. - Board Meeting Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window

K S Oils Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is schedule to be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>As per Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated employees of the Company from February 04, 2017 to February 17, 2017 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>Accordingly, all designated employees of the Company and their immediate relative are prohibited from trading in the Company's equity shares. Thus Directors, Statutory Auditors and all the designated employees cannot trade (purchase / sell) in the Company's shares during the aforesaid period.
