The Final Dividend on equity shares @ Rs. 6 per equity share of Re. 1 each, as recommended by the Board of Directors, if declared at the 38th AGM of the Company, will be paid on or before Saturday, October 5, 2024 to those members whose names appear as: (a) Beneficial Owners as at the end of business hours on Friday, August 30, 2024, in the list of beneficial Owners to be furnished by National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services India) Limited, in respect of shares held in electronic form; and (b) Members in the Register of Members of the Company after giving effect to valid share transfers in physical form lodged with the Company on or before Friday, August 30, 2024
