Kakatiya Cement Sugar & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the trading window for trading in shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 06, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days inclusive) in terms of the code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by insiders under the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>This restriction is on account of consideration of the unaudited financial results (Provisional) for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.
