Kallam Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2014, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of 12% (Rs. 1.20 paisa) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2014.
