A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the May 19, 2017, inter-alia, to consider and approve standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2017 along with standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 prepared as per Indian Accounting Standard (INDAS) and to recommend Dividend, if any, on the Equity shares of the Company.
