KALYANPUR CEMENTS LTD. - Corporate Action-Intimation of Delisting

The Resolution Plan approved by National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) vide its order dt.31.1.2018 under section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 provides for delisting of equity shares of Kalyanpur Cements Ltd. In view of the provisions of Regulation 3(3) of SEBI (Delisting of equity shares) Regulations 2009 [inserted by SEBI(Delisting of equity shares) Amendment Regulations 2018 dt. 31.5.2018] and specific procedure provided for delisting in the Resolution Plan approved by NCLT, necessary action for delisting of shares will be taken.
