Kamdhenu Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report Trading by Insider, the trading window foe dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April, 2024 till 48hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2024.
