KANANI INDUSTRIES LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Kanani Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 05, 2016, inter alia, has adopted the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and authorised Mr. Harshil Kanani, Managing Director of the Company to sign, enter and execute the amended Listing Agreement under said Regulations and the same shall be forwarded to BSE & NSE.
