Kanchi Karpooram Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Demise

The Company regrets to inform that Mr. Venkateswaran Krishnaswamy, Independent director passed away on 6th September 2024. He was appointed on the Board of Directors on 10th September 2014 and was supposedly to end his tenor of 2 terms of 5 years each as the Independent Director. His knowledge in finance and accounts has hugely benefitted the Company. All the Directors and the employees convey our condolences to the family. His sudden demise is an irreparable loss to the Company.
