Kanco Tea and Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per the Companys Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Companys Directors/Officer, and designated employees of the Company from August 12, 2014 till 24 hours after the announcement of Financials Results to the public i.e. August 14, 2014.
