Disclosure with respect to Reg 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations as under:- It is reported to the Company on 03/02/2024 by the office of M/s B.K. Sundaram & Associates about the demise of CS B. kalyanasundaram [Practicing Company Secretary, M/s B.K. Sundaram & Associates] who was appointed as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the FY 2023-24. The new Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the FY 2023-24 will be appointed by the Board of Directors at the earliest and the same will be intimated to the Bombay Stock Exchange thereafter.
