Kar Mobiles Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 21, 2015 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Notice has been issued to Designated Persons informing trading window closure for this purpose from January 01, 2015 to January 22, 2015 (both days inclusive) as required under Rane Group's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992.
