As per Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) submission of Corporate Governance Report is not applicable to a listed entity having paid up equity Share Capital not exceeding Rs.10 Crores and Net-worth not exceeding Rs.25 crores as on last day of previous Financial Year (31-03-2023) As per Financial Statements of the Company as on 31-03-2023, the paid-up capital was Rs.8,23,5000/- and Net Worth was negative Rs. 226.52 Lakhs The Company is therefore, not required to submit Corporate Governance Report under the said Regulations, for the Quarter ended31-12-2023.
