KARMA ENERGY LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and as per Company''s code of Conduct for Regulating, monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders ("Code"), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from April 01, 2024 until 48 hours after date of Board Meeting wherein, interalia, the approval of Audited Financial Statements for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2024 would be considered by the Board.
