AGM The 17th AGM of the Company is Scheduled to be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at 2.00 pm through VC / OAVM. RECORD DATE & CUT OFF DATE July 23, 2024 is declared as the record date for the purpose of AGM. July 23 is also declared as cut-off date for the purpose of reckoning the shareholders eligible to vote on the Resolutions proposed at the AGM.
