KARMA ENERGY LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Karma Energy Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 07, 2014, have unanimously resolved to re-appoint Shri Ganesh N. Kamath as Managing Director of the Company effective from December 01, 2014 for a further period of 1 year on terms and conditions laid out in the agreement between the Company and Shri Kamath subject to the approval of the members of the company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
