Karma Energy Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 09, 2015, <BR>have unanimously resolved to re-appoint Shri. Ganesh N. Kamath as Managing Director of the Company effective from December 01, 2015 for a further period of 1 year on terms and conditions laid out in the agreement between the company and Shri. Kamath subject to the approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
